Beautiful Annabelle turned 1. I am astonished, as always, how fast this year has gone and how fast they grow.
I remember fondly her tiny little newborn body as we held her close, still reeling from the fact that we had just had a RED HEAD. It was a shocker to say the least, but now I think it is the most special thing. Red heads are magical, I have come to find out. She is magical. I love her so much and I am so grateful she was sent to our family.
She sure is a corker!!! Her personality is hilarious. She is funny, willful and so sweet. Grandma and Grandad Leyland sent her the most beautiful dress. It is from Monsoon. For those of you who are not familiar with Monsoon, it is a delectable shop. I have a serious LOVE of all things from there, and living in the U.S. is not very convenient for my addiction to their beautiful things. Luckily Grandma knew this and picked out the most gorgeous little birthday dress for her. Thanks Denise!!! She's growing and happy, just like a little 1 year old should be.

Happy Birthday Annabell. This past year flew by, it seems like just last week that you called to tell me you had her and that she had a head full of red-hair.
She is such a cuttie and I love the hair.
